How are CPE credits calculated?
CPE credits are calculated based on the estimated number of hours to prepare for and take the exam through eLearning, live training, and/or self-study.
For example:
ZPA Administrator Certification Exam awards 8 CPE Credits.
7 hours eLearning + 1 hour Exam = 8 Total Hours = 8 Total CPE Credits
eLearning vs. Live Training CPE Credits
CPE credit totals will always be based on eLearning estimates. Learners may choose to complete the live training version of this course and the actual number of hours in the classroom may be different than the estimated elearning time.
For example:
Some students may take a live ZPA Administrator class for 8-9 hours but the CPE credits will remain the same, 8 Total credits, inclusive of the content and the exam.
Where can students find their CPE credits?
Students can find CPE credits in the bottom left corner of certifications. Download certifications by going to My Profile > Find your Certificate(s). If you have any questions or concerns, please email training@zscaler.com. See the process below.
