The ZIA Administrator Certification exam will test your ability to do the following:
  • Describe basic administration tasks in the Zscaler Internet Access Cloud Security Platform
  • Identify when to use each of the methods for forwarding traffic to the Zscaler service for inspection
  • Name the various methods of user authentication and identify best practices for each method
  • Identify the Web and Cloud Firewall Policy types
  • Utilize the available tools to troubleshoot the ZIA platform

This certification will expire 3 years after successful completion, to maintain your certification you will have to recertify. 

Recertification Steps: 

60 days before your certification expiration date, you will receive an email from Zscaler with a link to your recertification exam. You will not be required to retake any content but we do recommend your review updated material in the recommended learning journey. After passing the recertification exam, your certification will be valid for the next 3 years. While you can maintain each level of certification achieved, you only need to re-certify at the highest level certification you have.
